During the biannual Minimal Music Festival, the Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ organises a series of special concerts, events and take overs dedicated to and inspired by minimal music. This sixth edition focusses on the trancedental experience of music, be it from the American pioneers of minimal music from the sixties, music from (Northern) Africa or Asia or experimental DIY music made in 80's Europe.

In three broadcasts we will talk to composers, performers and artists from different fields about ecstacy, meditation and more.
